Nick's research is dedicated to the organizational and strategic elements that make up a successful governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) program. This includes a focus on corporate culture, training and awareness, and other human aspects of GRC. Nick also specializes in the emerging risk and compliance challenges of social media, advising clients on how to utilize social channels safely to build and protect company reputation. Prior to his current role as an analyst, Nick spent four years supporting the Security & Risk management team and researching GRC, social media, and related organizational themes. Nick has a B.A. in government and international politics from Wesleyan University.
|Lissette Santana, Branding & Stakeholder Communications Manager, PPL|
Lissette Santana has been with PPL Corporation since 2005. She is currently the Manager of Branding & Stakeholder Communications, responsible for managing the company’s online reputation, promotion of the corporation’s community initiatives and employee communications including a daily internal news site and quarterly printed magazine.
She received a bachelor’s degree in communications from Penn State University in 1997 and a master’s degree in Strategic Public Relations from George Washington University in 2011.
She began her career as a reporter for The Express-Times, a local newspaper in southeastern Pennsylvania. Prior to joining PPL, Lissette worked for Crayola doing public relations, crisis planning and employee communications.
She is an active volunteer for the American Red Cross of the Greater Lehigh Valley as well as a board member of Alliance for Building Communities.

Sharad Mohan is Director Customer Success at HootSuite. In pursuit of driving the best customer experience in the social media industry, he is responsible for identifying and implementing improvements to drive customer loyalty and success across channels, segments and products. Sharad is a key driver on HootSuite's NPS Loyalty Program and leads our Global Customer Service, Professional Services, and Customer Success programs. Sharad has an entrepreneurial background having taken products from concept to market with solutions for the fitness industry, one of which was listed as 2009's BC Top 30 Startup. Over the years, he has directed teams that are responsible for delivering customer-centric solutions in both B2B and B2C environments.
In his spare time, Sharad volunteers as an ambassador with ""The Future is Mine"" program at the BC Burn Fund. He holds a BSc. in Computer Science from The University of British Columbia, with a Minor in Commerce.
